Shipping Turnaround Times:

Raw (unsigned and ungraded items)
Tracking numbers will be received within 5-15 days of a book's initial release or "street" date.

Signed items will generally have an additional 4-6 week signing window dated from the book's release or "street" date with a 5-15 turnaround time once the signing has been completed.

Graded items will have an additional 4-8 week processing time dated from the book's release or "street" date with an additional 5-15 turnaround time once book's are received from the grading company. 

Signed and Graded items will generally have an 8-14 week processing time dated from the book's release or "street" date with an additional 5-10 days of turnaround time once books are received from the grading company.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

We will issue a return label within 5 days of request. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we do not receive your item we cannot issue an exchange or refund.
