Refund policy
Returns:
Refunds and replacements are offered only if the product arrives in a condition that is below described/listed standards, or is lost in transit before arriving to its destination.
Evidence of damage is required for replacement or refund.
Pre-order items cannot be cancelled.
We offer full refunds or replacements only.
No partial refunds will be granted.
Non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
1 of a kind or personalized iitems
Services, including CGC grading (unless damaged, lost, or delayed in excess of 9 months)
Refunds:
Once evidence of lost or damaged item is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days, contact your financial institution. Processing delays are common before a refund is posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: customerservice@artgermcollectibles.com.
Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refund
Replacements:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@artgermcollectibles.com and send your item to: 400 Madison Ave, #103, Orange Park, FL 32065, United States
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
